
ROSEMARY RIVIECCIO

For more than two decades, Rosemary Rivieccio has maintained a New York divorce and family law practice that offers representation in matters of child custody, child support issues, grandparent rights and spousal support. She also has extensive knowledge of child neglect and abuse cases, and assists clients with relocation efforts. As an experienced family law attorney, Rosemary seeks practical solutions to often contentious, emotional issues. With over 25 years experience Rosemary has served as lead counsel in hundreds of cases. Often asked to represent children in contested custody cases, she takes pride in her work on their behalf and advocates firmly for her young clients.
Ms. Rivieccio graduated from St. John's University cum laude and completed a juris doctor at Touro Law School in Huntington, New York. Active with a number of law organization committees, she has presented at numerous Continuing Legal Education seminars related to family law and family court matters. Rosemary Rivieccio is a longtime member of the New York City Bar Association and practices in all five boroughs of the city as well as in Suffolk and Nassau counties.
